I guess I have been a bit cryptic... I've accepted a new job! WooHoo! I tend not to talk specifics about work, except very ocassionally, for reasons I'm sure you can imagine. The new job is a promotion and is a great new challenge for me.

Sorry I missed the Tuesday post, although I did see you yesterday, commenting on how beautiful you looked, and did think of you afterward, all good things, a new job? Within the library? Congratulations! Although if this means you will be changing location I will miss you sorely.

Yay! -- but I'm sure it was your own merits, and the good wishes were merely icing. Not that there's anything wrong with icing.

Keep telling yourself it will be great. But those of us who know you are absolutely SURE you will do wonderfully well. I'm pretty sure (although I have not talked to them) that your new co-workers are thrilled.

Congratulations Sue. How exciting for you. Does MX have a knitting class? If not I'm sure it will very soon.

I love the cartoon you posted! Is it from a book? (Librarian here, too--always on the look out for good stuff. You know how that goes.) Sounds like things are going your way!:-)

In response to bossygirl's question, my guess is Edward Gorey... at least it looks like his work.
