Excuse me, I'm using those.
It would seem that the Oklahoma legislature would like to *protect* me from my intellectual freedoms.
Thanks, but no thanks.
Be sure to tell your legislator what you think of this measure. The vote on this Wednesday, so hurry.

So this is what we pay our legislators for? I'd rather see them tackle problems like childhood obesity, children not having insurance, and teachers getting paid badly--you know, some of the ACTUAL problems that the children in our face state. Instead, I guess I'll rest assured that the children don't have access to the PLETHORA of homosexual books out there.
Geesh. Thanks for the information. It's been my experience that my legislators don't agree with my opinion, but I will try yet again.
That should have been "state face", not "face state". Got a little excited there. lol
so what happened yesterday?!
HB 2158 passed the house 60-33! now on to the senate.
We've heard there's a better chance the senate will kill it... we can only hope.
If it passes there, we start emailing and calling the governor.... let's hope there is some sanity somewhere between here and the governor.
